Is Genius Mushroom Lion's Mane Good?

Genius Mushrooms combines Organic Lion's Mane (Hericium erinaceus, listed as "Mycelium and Fruiting Body") with Organic Cordyceps sinensis (Mycelium) and Organic Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum, also Mycelium and Fruiting Body). The brand's own product page doesn't break the blend down into individual per-species milligram amounts, so there's no way to confirm from the label how much of the total formula is actually Lion's Mane versus Cordyceps or Reishi.
That's a meaningfully different disclosure standard from single-species products reviewed elsewhere on this site, which state an exact Lion's Mane milligram figure per serving. A blend can still be a reasonable product, but a buyer specifically comparing Lion's Mane dose across brands can't use this label to do that.
